Research laboratories: FoodTech is equipped with different labs that allow to carry out the research developed by its professors, researchers and students.
Tasting room: FoodTech carries out sensory evaluations of foods by means of panels of trained tasters or general acceptance panels.
Pilot Plant: FoodTech is equipped with a Pilot Plant for Food Processing, which includes equipment to carry out the most common operations for a range of food industries. It serves both the formation of students and the research and development of novel foods for the industry.
Teaching laboratories: to develop practical activities planned for the students.
Instrumental Analysis Room: FoodTech features lab equipment to implement advanced chemical, physical and microbiological instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC, MS, ELISA, etc.).
